I had the pleasure of photographing a lovely wedding at Weybridge Registry Office, a charming venue in Surrey that’s perfect for couples looking for an intimate, elegant ceremony. The venue’s light-filled rooms and classic décor provide a beautiful backdrop for capturing your wedding ceremony.
One of the highlights of the day was photographing the couple as they walked into the room. The excitement and happiness on their faces was impossible to miss, and those first few moments together were full of energy and smiles that really set the tone for the rest of the day.
I also loved capturing the little details that make a wedding feel personal. From the bride’s bouquet and carefully chosen flowers to the rings and small touches like framed photos, every element told part of the story. The soft natural light streaming through the windows made it easy to highlight these details, bringing out textures, colours, and the quiet beauty in every shot.
We also managed to step outside for some relaxed portraits in the sunshine. Exploring the landscaped garden, posing on the stone benches, and using the building itself as a backdrop. I captured the couple walking hand in hand, hugging, and even touching noses. The surrounding gardens and greenery provided a timeless, natural backdrop that complemented their energy and made for some truly beautiful images.
