My newborn photoshoots are ideal for families with newborns who are looking for individual shots of their new baby along with group shots with parents and siblings.

Featuring a white backdrop and newborn posing beanbag and neutral toned props, these classic photographs won't become dated or clash with the interior of your home. 

Includes 15 fully edited images of your choice and a 45-60 minute photoshoot (dependant on little ones behaviour)

Hello, I'm so glad that you are interested in booking one of my newborn studio photoshoots!

These sessions are running from my studio in Woldingham (CR3 7DB) and ideally take place in the first 3 weeks after your baby is born.

Getting Booked In

Newborn photoshoots are ideally done in the first 3 weeks after your baby is born, when they are at their sleepiest and smallest.

If booking in advance, select a slot for around 2 weeks after your due date. I will reschedule your session once at no additional charge if you need to delay, so long as one week's notice is given.

Preparing For Your Photoshoot

Feed your baby before the session so that we have the best chance of them falling asleep. If you have older children joining, set them up for success (and smiles!) by picking a time slot when they are usually well rested and on good form too. Arrive with plenty of time to have another feed, nappy change and reapply your lipstick so that we can get the most shots out of our time together.

During Our Session

During your photoshoot I will take a combination of group and individual photographs of your baby alone and with family, plus detail shots of their little hands and feet.

After The Shoot

After your photoshoot I will send you an unedited watermarked gallery with all the best images from your session. You can then pick your favourite images which I will edit and send back to you within 2 weeks.

FAQ's

What should we wear?

I recommend coming dressed in white, cream or beige to match the set up. Getting a bit more dressed up photographs better than being overly casual, so please stay away from any tracksuits or hoodies!

I love a white dress for girls and little bow-ties and braces for boys, but there is absolutely no need to purchase a whole new wardrobe for your session - the most important thing is to come in neutral colours.

I would avoid any bright / busy patterns or character clothing as this will date your photographs!

Please stay away from any items of clothing which are big and bulky which tend to ride up and hide part of little ones faces when sitting down. This happens more often than you would think!

If you are still unsure, I would highly recommend having a look on Pinterest for a bit of inspo!

How many people can I bring?

These sessions are not suitable for more than 5 people as the backdrop is not wide enough to accommodate larger groups.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my shoot?

If your baby arrives early, or you are not back at home in time for our session you can reschedule our shoot 1x free of charge so long as I am given more than 7 days notice.

For cancellations / reschedules with less than 7 days notice or no shows, no refund will be given.

Where can I park?

There is free parking on the road right outside the studio

What should I bring?

Please come ready and dressed for your session in plenty of time. Please bring with spare nappies and milk to keep your baby content throughout.

Can I purchase additional images?

Yes you can! Additional images cost £6.99 each or I offer the following discounted bundle deals.
